Best Dog Friendly Pubs Edinburgh – There are many pet friendly places in Scotland. I am very happy with my Scottish roots. I visited Scotland twice while traveling in England. We have to visit the capital cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow. Most places where pets are allowed are pubs and casual places rather than restaurants But I’m sure there are pet-friendly restaurants out there too.
Both times I went there there were covid restrictions so only table service was allowed. It is not possible to drink from the bar. We live in Asia so this is normal for us and we prefer table service to standing in line at a bar where lots of people are pushing and shoving. Some areas are still adapting to the changes and are not able to function as efficiently as usual But it didn’t affect our trip and we all had a great time seeing these wonderful places.

The highest position in the city was taken by Panda & Sons. This bar is located in New City and ranked 32nd in the World’s 50 Best Bars 2020.
The second is the Jolly Judge, a traditional pub in Edinburgh city center a two-minute walk from the castle. The pub is a private property with low ceilings and log fires, providing a peaceful environment for four-legged friends.

TripAdvisor’s top rated dog-friendly pub in Inverness is The Walrus & The Corkscrew It opened in April 2021 and is located on the corner of Church Lane and Church Street. Reservations are recommended if visiting on weekends.
Second is Lauders Bar. It is located in the heart of Inverness and is only two minutes’ walk from the famous castle. It is also very close to the River Ness for those looking for a welcome break after a leisurely walk along the water with the dog.
The third in Inverness is The Corrigath. Corriegarth is also a hotel for dogs looking for a northern holiday for an extra £10 per night.

The Siberian Bar and Hotel pops up upstairs and dogs are always welcome outside. It’s only outside so I don’t recommend going with the dog until the evening temperatures cool down. The bar on Belmont Street hosts a number of events, especially for those looking to bond with other furry friends.
The second location is CASC, located in the city’s historic merchant district. CASC stands for ‘Cigars, Ale, Scotch, Coffee’ and the bar has 200 bottled beers from around the world. 28 beers; It includes over 400 selections of Scotch and world whiskeys and tons of coffee beans and recipes.
Third out is a great name – BrewDog! The Aberdeen branch is famous for being the first bar where Brewdog opened. Now in bars across Britain. All BrewDog bars are dog-friendly, but Aberdeen is no exception.
Dundee’s top-rated dog-friendly pub is The Wine Press, according to VisitScotland’s TripAdvisor analysis. Dundee’s only wine bar; It has an extensive wine list and visitors can even taste wine from their enomatic machine – a unique vending machine that offers small wine samples or drinks by the glass.

Scotia Bar in the Merchant City is Glasgow’s top rated dog friendly pub. Interestingly, the Scotia Bar is Glasgow’s oldest pub. Established in 1792, the pub is full of character and charm with its traditional L-shaped bar and cozy nooks and crannies.
The second Glasgow venue is Ben Nevis Pub in Finistone. This group is obviously dog lovers, which makes it the perfect place for dogs and owners to partake in whiskey and live music.

The third highest rated dog friendly pub in Glasgow is the Clutha Bar on Stockwell Street. Clutha Bar is run by an arts charity and welcomes dogs in the bar and beer garden.
One of Dunfermline’s oldest pubs, The Old Inn is a top dog-friendly pub. A pub on a 1600s site in the heart of Scotland’s historic capital. The Old Inn offers ales, ales for locals and visitors alike. A selection of craft beers and award-winning burgers.
The second rated dog friendly pub is the Hillend Tavern in the Hillend area of Dunfermline. This is a traditional pub with a beer garden and serves real ale. The bar is suitable for children over 5 years old.
In third place is Monty’s Bar. If you are interested, come along and take the quiz at a local watering hole on Wednesday at 8:00. Angry friends aren’t the best help with common sense, but they sure make good company.

Perth’s top-rated dog-friendly pub on TripAdvisor is another branch of BrewDog, with the George Street branch taking the city’s top spot, VisitScotland found.
Next door to BrewDog is Banks Bar and Beer Garden. Located in the heart of Perth, it serves a variety of coffees and green teas along with alcohol and local food.
The Settle Inn is Stirling’s top rated dog friendly pub The pub is the oldest pub in Stirling, serving traditional and authentic Scottish drinks since the 1700s.
