Dog Friendly Hotel Chains – Going on holiday can be difficult for pet owners who have to decide whether to stay at a local boarding house (we call them Doggie Hotels!) or take them with them!  Nowadays, there are many hotel chains that are pet friendly.  In fact, many of them put a lot of focus on our four-legged friends by offering parks and trails made especially for dogs.  Talk about making it!  According to a 2016 survey conducted by the American Hotel & Lodging Association, more than 70 percent of luxury, mid-range and economy hotels allow pets.

Even though these places are marketed as pet-friendly places to stay, dogs don’t stay free. Additionally, Marriott may refuse to accommodate your pet based on your pet’s weight or breed. So of course check first before ordering.
