The Wishing Well is a small cottage for two people in Millgate, in the Georgian town of Richmond in North Yorkshire. Each house on this street is different, built at different times, but all overlook the steep bank that eventually descends to the Swale River. Known as the gateway to the Dales, Richmond is the perfect place to explore all that this beautiful part of Yorkshire has to offer.

Sunflower Cottage in Ampleforth is another new addition to our collection. Sitting by the moors, it’s close to a range of trails for all levels and a steam railway for a day out in the old fashioned way. The interior design promotes a sense of light, while a soothing color palette encourages relaxation. And the pull-down gate ensures that your curious dog doesn’t stray from the large garden.
The valleys, like the moors, offer endless walking opportunities and proximity to lakes (a plus for swimming breeds like Labradors and spaniels). Braunber Hall parties can accommodate up to two dogs for up to 15 guests. A stylish choice, the property has been featured in publications such as The Sunday Times, The Telegraph, The Guardian, Condé Nast, Harper’s Bazaar, Vanity Fair and Marie Claire. Braunber’s private chef will prepare gourmet meals, bespoke picnics and even some luxury dog treats.
The sprawling Braunber estate now includes Braunber House, neighboring the Great Hall. Former Soho House architect Georgina Rose recently renovated the house, including a boot room, which is useful for wiping off muddy puddles before settling in for the night in the living room.
