We are fully licensed and encourage our guests to enjoy this social space. You can use CABÜ House, have a drink or read a newspaper. Parking is free on site and dogs are allowed in some cabins by prior arrangement.
We have an excellent selection of cottages with beautiful design and luxurious interiors for everyone. You’ll find a cozy wood burning stove, super fast wifi, smart TVs, fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms and a private wooden deck with a gas grill.
All our one bedroom cottages are available as cozy traditional studio cottages as well as larger contemporary loft cottages. These are the perfect retreat for a couple.
Our two bedroom beach houses have a king size bed and a bedroom with bunk beds. They are perfect for sharing with family or friends.

Our triple family houseboats can accommodate up to six people and our cabins have direct access to the pool and beach.
Enjoy the outdoor hot tub and sauna, relax with spa treatments, immerse yourself in nature, open your senses and enjoy the feeling of the sea.
The pool is open from the end of March to the end of October. Sit around our pool and enjoy a cocktail.
In addition to our special grills, you will find a great outdoor kitchen with a grill and a pizza oven to keep you and your food warm.

CABÜ by the sea is a place of special scientific interest, biological and geological importance.
Riparian habitats and rugged grasslands create a diverse environment that provides a home for small mammals, birds, reptiles, insects and flora and fauna. Geomorphology reveals buried sediments and surface undulations that reveal prehistoric shingle ridges beneath the adjacent forest that provide shelter for hibernating animals, nesting birds, as well as a breeding ground for amphibians.

Hythe is a coastal market town on the edge of Romney Marsh. On Saturdays there is a farmer’s market next to the church and many independent creative shops. Folkestone has a creative quarter full of galleries, cafes, independent traders and a seafood counter that runs around the harbor fountain. Its harbor arm has been extensively renovated and is an open-air promenade with a champagne bar, several small restaurants, music and entertainment on weekends.

Helm Kent: Windermere Holiday Cottage
Dungeness Village is a combination of modern and context-sensitive architecture, cottage-style bathrooms and lush green gardens, all for local workers, visiting artists and weekend visitors, a harmonious blend of past, present and future.
In 1899, two ex-rugby players bought a piece of land near the coast with outbuildings that were part of an old coastguard station.
The new buildings they created became a permanent camp where boys and later girls from the Notting Hill area of London could come for seaside holidays. It was home to up to 100 people at a time.
In 1903 William Temple also stayed here as a former rugby player and later Archbishop of Canterbury. The residence was built in 1922 to commemorate the 117 brave members of Notting Hill Rugby Club who died in the 1914-18 war.
