There are many great parks to take your dog to in Hilton Head, but Chaplin Park is probably the best, as it has its own “Best Dog Friendly Park”, with lots of areas for the dogs to play. This is a great place to keep your dog on a leash and enjoy some freedom. Just remember that if you let your dog roam free, they must be friendly with other dogs and under positive voice control. This applies to all areas where dogs are allowed to roam off the beach, including the beach.

Dogs are allowed on all Hilton Head beaches, but not year-round. They are only allowed during certain hours in the summer.
